The Mobile Application provides access to your production CaseAware® system Files, Cases, Notes (view and add), and Documents (view and add).

You must already have CaseAware® at your firm with a current/active Support and Maintenance Agreement in place in order to utilize the Mobile Application.

Please open a CaseAware Production Support ticket if your firm has not already activated connectivity (only 1 time per firm).

Once your firm has connectivity, any active user with your firm that you have authorized can use the Mobile Application.
